🧗 What Happens at a Parkour Party?
Each party is led by an experienced coach and tailored to the group’s age and ability. Sessions typically run for 90 minutes. Here’s how a standard party unfolds:
First 30 minutes:
- A quick safety briefing and time to meet the group
- Warm-up games to break the ice and get everyone moving
Next 60 minutes:
- Parkour skills session with safe, progressive challenges
- Learning essential Parkour moves—like vaults, bar swings, and jumps
- Obstacle course or speed challenge using everything we’ve learned
- Optional group photo & cooldown game at the end
Whether your child is new to Parkour or already a mini ninja, our parties are designed to be inclusive, safe, and super fun.
🎂 Party Time! (Food & Drinks)
After all the Parkour fun, we’ll head over to a group of picnic tables near the playground—already set up and ready for the celebration!
Prefer a more convenient option? We can also reserve a set of outdoor café tables nearby, perfect for relaxing and serving food with less hassle.
We provide:
- Table cloth
- Paper plates and cups
- Cutlery
- Napkins
- Water
You can bring or order:
- Food, snacks, cake, or drinks (pizza is a popular choice!)

Booking your Parkour party is simple:
- Step 1: Contact us to check availability and pick your date
- Step 2: Pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking
- Step 3: We’ll send over a confirmation along with:
- A Liability Waiver and Photo Consent Form
These must be signed by the parents or guardians of all participants before the party.
