24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Parents must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or loss of the session.

Safety and Supervision

Children must follow instructions at all times to ensure a safe learning environment. Any reckless or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the session.

Clothing and Equipment

Children should wear comfortable sportswear and trainers with good grip. No jewelry or loose accessories are allowed.

Weather Policy

Classes will continue in light rain, but may be rescheduled in cases of severe weather. Parents will be notified in advance if a session is canceled.

Punctuality

Parents must ensure their child arrives on time. Late arrivals may miss the warm-up, which is essential for injury prevention.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given for missed sessions unless canceled by the instructor due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Medical and Emergency Information

Parents must inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries before the session. In case of emergency, parents will be contacted immediately.

Parental Consent

A signed consent form is required before a child can participate in any Parkour sessions.

Block Booking

No refunds will be issued once a block booking is purchased. This policy is in place to encourage commitment and consistency.

If a session needs to be rescheduled, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given. Missed sessions without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
